What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the innate human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. More specifically, mindfulness is the non-judgmental awareness of our breath, body, feelings, emotions and/or thoughts.
